My premium went up from $943/yr to 2363, fom 6 star over my all driving history to non. My points went from maximum to 0, because of a very minor minor accident with no damage and no police involvement. Is that fair?.

The one thing I probably like best about this agency is that there is always someone who can help you answering the phone. Most major insurance companies have gatekeeper receptionists and voicemails protecting their staff from having to deal with customers. I recently had to add another vehicle to my policy and once again had a smooth easy experience.

I have been a loyal Allstate customer for 32 years and they have increased my car insurance on my June renewal by 27% for no apparent reason other than insurance has gone up! Every year you expect a little increase anywhere from $5-$10/month
