terrible service. Staff doesn't know what they are doing. I assume they are cheap replacements. They didn't change my new Samsung phone, when I mentioned it they said it was not Videotron's problem and I have to call Samsung. I had to go back several times for useless procedures which didn't fix the problem. I called customer service several times. Last person I spoke was surprised they didn't change my supposedly new and defective phone. I should have got suspicious when they brought the phone without box. Finally, I had to go to Cure Labelle branch. Excellent staff and service. They solved my problem in just 30 min.

I just finished getting my new iPhone at videotron and I got the best service ever! If anyone needs to go to videotron I would recommend going to see Anathalia, she was very nice and efficient. I will be recommending videotron to my friends thanks to Anathalias great service!

Very unprofessional! The assistant manager (Sandra) needs to learn how to smile and treat people with respect. She miss treats everyone and takes everything personal. I will be calling consumers protection to deal with them, waste of my time and money. AVOID!!!

Awful customer service, we returned a faulty blutooth speaker and the employee was extremely rude and condescending and refused to give us a refund because he said the adapter cable was not in the box, but the device DOES NOT come with an adapter, only a micro USD wire. It says so right on the box. We had the sales receipt and everything. He very rudely refused to give us a refund. Avoid this store at all costs
