We just had our furniture delivered after waiting almost 5 months. Raman and Daya were fantastic. They were on time, courteous, careful, detailed, professional and made sure the recliner was operating as expected. The delivery was easily a 5 star rating. Our sales representative, Ji Lee, was equally as impressive. She answered all of our questions, was always very courteous, knowledgeable, made very good suggestion, did not pressure for a sale and made a home visit to help with selecting the correct furniture design, size, colour and layout for our floor space and home design. Both the product and the customer service are awful. They sold me a sofa, and less than two months later the fabric is wrinkled, the foam shape has altered, and the cushions have softened.When someone sits on it, it makes noise and appears to be an old sofa.After I got in touch with customer service, they assured me that everything was normal and nothing is wrong with all the deficiencies. Therefore, I'm assuming that this is the quality of furniture you can expect from this shop.

Nemo was very helpful and friendly in helping us to choose furniture we're looking for. Sandy's Furniture is lucky to have a dedicated sales associate like Nemo. We will be back to get more furniture in the future. I highly recommend this store for those who like to shop in person rather than online because there's so much to see. I love the spaciousness of the showroom.

I'm very happy with the quality and service from Sandy's. Kevin was very helpful and tried his best to find the furniture we were looking for! Brendan and Jordan delivered and assembled our furniture. They were professional and very careful not to damage the surroundings. They were friendly and caring, too. Mo helped us find our sectional for our new condo. His presence wasn't pushy at all and he was very informative. He was able to get us a good discount that we didn't even have to ask for. Thanks to him we will definitely be returning customers!

Brendan and Jordan are really professional.They arrived just in time. Within the hour, everything was completed, protecting the floors and walls, assembly of the unit cleaning up.They are very helpful. I had a heavy box with me. They have assisted me to take it up in the apartment.Excellent work Brendan and Jordan!For sure I use them again!!Thanks Sandy!!!
