Absolutely amazing experience at this facility. Staff were efficient and I experienced minimal wait times. My ultrasound technician was phenomenal. She was friendly, professional and went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way. This is not a local clinic for me but it is worth the 2 hour round trip drive!

Very clean and modern clinic. Loved the atmosphere. I had the technician Rafia do my ultrasound. She was very punctual and was the most gentle technician I’ve ever met. She made me feel super comfortable and was very thorough with my ultrasound. I didn’t feel rushed and she talked me through it. This was my very first time at this clinic and I have to say it’s my new favourite. I will definitely be back. All of the staff were friendly and helpful from when I walked in the door.

Very friendly, competent staff. I was in and out of the appointment within 30 minutes. The technician was highly skilled and went out of her way to make me feel comfortable.

People are Not wearing mask in this office as they’re signs posted. It’s is crowded and backed up with people. The front desk lady does Not address people name correctly or acknowledge how you’d like to be addressed.The tech (Kiki) was very kind and friendly. She did an amazing job!!

Overall, very good experience. The staff, the technician and the doctor are Polite and professional. There was no wait time for my ultrasound and they made me comfortable throughout the whole procedure. Also, often checked on me and asked if I’m OK. Thank you for the great service!

I had an ultrasound on Monday morning at the Markham/Sheppard location. I arrived early and was prepared to wait for my designated time but they called me in within a few minutes. The technician was super friendly and professional. This experience was far better than my last one (last summer). Everyone was friendly and welcoming from the checkin onwards. You have a great team there!

Such a great location to go for ultrasounds. I've been there multiple times for my first child and now my second. Great reception staff and the technicians are very sweet, patient, and gentle. They took the time to answer any questions I had allowed my husband and son to come see baby for the first time.

The staff is efficient and courteous! Their online booking system is easy to use and a receptionist usually follows up within a reasonable amount of time. The technicians I have dealt with are always polite, friendly, thoughtful and patient.
