Great food and atmosphere, disappointed SFC only has Grill city for delivery with skip the dishes. I know I'm not the only one that would get there Beef Miami delivered at least three times a month during the current second wave lockdowns.

The food was stale and cold like it was frozen and reheated. When bringing it up to the employees they were very rude.

Looks are deceiving. I ordered the chicken wonton. I was asked if it was for inside or to go. I replied inside, but we were served in a small plastic bowl. Then the other customers after me were served in an appetizing hotpot style dish. The chicken was terribly dry, the wonton was flavorless and dry as well. There were only 3 pieces of dry chicken breast and 2 pieces of wonton. The mushrooms were hard and cold. There was an overload of noodles and they covered it up with roasted garlic. Very disappointing for a $13 bowl of soup.

There is no one to attend to your order, you need to ring the bell many times before they come to you. Preparing so many orders at a time thats why my food got burned.

I ate here like 5 times or more and I always order the same food with Siomai! Kasi syenpre need ko eh Siomai LOVE sa Mahal kung girlfriend ❤️❤️❤️ Also I combine my meal with Spicy Chicken Skin and sobrang solve na kami ng girlfriend ko ❤️ The beef is sweet, carrots taste good, and the tofu were always well prepared! Hndi lng talaga namin maubos ung sabaw kasi sobrang busog na kami! Highly Recommend this place for a Date ❤️❤️❤️

The worst ever customer service. I was standing in the cashier to order halo halo for several minutes when they are all there staring. I knock on the mirror to get the attention but the old lady stared at me. Then I asked by the younger one and told me when I asked why no one attended me. She said because I'm busy. Very very bad attitude.

Rude. I asked if I can order something and I was told off because he’s counting coins. Alright, buddy. Keep counting. BTW, there are other places to eat. If your service depends on the mood of your employees, stop wasting our time.

Oh man… need to level up the game. Most in menu were not available and finally got garlic chicken combo with pancit malabon. Its terrible. The chicken is dried and looks burned from reheating from previous day. The rice is sticky and also looks like it came out from microwave to reheat from previous week left over. Even the side achara is brownish and doesnt looks fresh. I did not finish the food. Look at the picture. Waste of money. Two stars! At least one each for the two people working…. Thank you!
