Downtown Tailoring

I have been a customer for a year leading up to this week. I dropped off 4 Hugo boss dress shirts and when they were picked up , I discovered that the cuffs on 3 of the shirts had been burnt while dry cleaned (see photos). I returned to the cleaners to show them the damage, the gentleman at the counter acknowledged that the damage was done while in their care , however the most he was willing to offer in compensation was the $5 a shirt refunded in cleaning fees it cost me.He went on to completely downplay the damage , saying there was nothing wrong with them and refused to offer any further compensation for their admitted negligence.Do not, I repeat do not entrust this establishment with anything you hold dear or would consider wearing again

She did a great job adding new fabric to my shoulder straps! Was really impressed how close it looked to the original. Would definitely come here again. Also very reasonable for the price.

They're supposed to open at 9 AM. I went at 9:25 AM to pick up an item, and they were closed. I called at 10 AM and got no response. When I finally got through at 10:25 AM, they were completely unapologetic. I will not be returning here.

Got a fleece hoodie altered from this business- literally a perfect fit and looks seamless. Took just 2 days for them to get it back to me.Will have to go back soon to get my other clothing altered!

Good fast service with good prices. They were able to hem my dress pants in time for my cousin’s wedding.
