Shopping around for bathroom cabinets in quite a few supplies, Vinpow has absolute BEST prices! Bought 3 sets of them, very happy with their great looking and premium quality. Definitely recommend!

They have significant selections of bathroom vanities. We bought 3 Vanities, 3 toilets and some faucets/mirrors, all working excellently!

The quality of the furniture is about IKEA quality from 20 years ago. The items I purchased aren't entirely straight and some of the products they sell seem to be Chinese knock offs of brand names. That said, the pricing is pretty good so if you aren't so concerned about a strong fit and finish, then you should try this place. If quality is important to you, go somewhere else.

I bought bath tub shower door from this place and I got 10 mm door for a good price. I was especially impressed with Sarah who works there. She has good knowledge and was able to answer our questions and helped us out with our queries. These days it is difficult to find good sales people who talk nicely and treat you well. I will recommend this place for price quality and good experience

I purchased what I thought was a lovely shaker style vanity from Vinpow. I wanted to support a local Canadian business especially during these times, however I deeply regret this purchase now. Not only because of the poor quality but also due to their ghosting-style customer service.I used the vanity for literally one month and the door came right off the hinge one day. The holes are so massive that I had to get my contractor to repair it and you can see the damage both inside and outside due to the poor quality. When this issue arose, I contacted Vinpow directly via email and provided photographs before writing a review. I was immediately contacted when I mentioned I was going to write a review and told things like: “this has never happened before” “did you bang into the door?” “go to Home Depot and buy plugs it’s easy to fix.” I was eventually offered a store credit. When I declined that because why would I spend another $600 there and asked for some type of credit to my original method of payment, I was told they would call me right back after asking the boss. It’s been about 3 weeks no call.It’s very unfortunate that this business is not willing to provide quality vanities nor rectify customer issues or concerns. As someone looking to purchase from this store, I would think twice as they do not return, exchange, provide items that are made well, or call customers back.

Stay away, we bought 2 toilets, when tried to install one of them, it leaked from base, called the shop in 3 days, and they refused to take any responsibility, only answer was it is wax ring, get a new ring and new contractor to fix it, tried with 3 different ring and 2 different contractors, it’s still leaked, they simply refused to take back faulty toilet. It was sitting in my garage for a month, tried again in different bathroom and it still leaked, this time I could see the crack in toilet from where it leaks. I understand things can be faulty but no support to customer and simple refusal to take back faulty piece is unacceptable.

A great selection of cabinets and bath accessories. Jeff is friendly and knowledgeable about the products he sells. He has a good variety of vanities and prices seem reasonable I will be buying my first vanity from him. Will recommend his place to others.

Customer service is terrible. With very strong attitude. They don’t know how to be nice to customers, at least to me. If they make your order wrong, don’t expect they will make it right for you. They treat customers like their slaves and talk to customers with commands. Don’t trust any good reviews here. You know those people like faking reviews though they don’t pretend being nice to customers.
