Smith's Water Delivery

Water delivery service is fine, but the customer support is not very friendly or helpful. Will be considering a different company just to avoid their customer support. Never a nice experience calling in. No empathy for your concerns.

After calling a local water delivery company and receiving no response after several attempts, I called Smith's to get my pool filled. They answered the phone right away and were very helpful on the phone. The driver Randy was also very nice and professional. I would recommend Smith's Water to anyone in Stoney Creek as the local companies do not bother answering the phone or returning voicemails.

Third botched delivery- we will find an alternative. Called to try to understand how their system works. Zero empathy for new customers trying to figure this out. Told us “previous orders from this address”. Previous owners told us to use a different company - and now we will. Water should be simple!

I will recommend this company every time. Everyone that works here is so refreshing to work with. From the answering services to the driver, I was very impressed. They're very informative and really do care about their customers. We just had our pool filled with them, thanks so much for the amazing service Smith's Water Delivery!

I live in Grimsby .Smith's water delivers water to us every weekWe purchase approximately 12 000 gallons a month. I think after all the business we give them that they should answer the phone especially when it's an emergency like a holiday. Our reason for calling is because there driver did not fill the tank to the top the previous week and left us with no water and not even a phone call back this shows how much they don't care for their clients.About 3months prior they were very rude and unprofessional with my wife on the phone like their the only company around . They don't care to loose us because they said they have a lot of clients. They don't need our business. We had to call another company that actually does answer the phone and had to pay 3 times more because we're not there clients and it's a holiday. We shouldn't have to pay for there mistakes. We they are already losing business because we have told our friends that already have cancelled service with them. We ran out of water at an inconvenient time and contacted Smiths Water. The young lady on the phone was very helpful and managed to get a load to us within hours! The driver was very professional, courteous and efficient. I would definitely recommend Smiths Water Delivery to anyone in need of their services!

Just had my first delivery with Smiths and the driver Roy was very professional and was careful when he backed in the truck. Explained how everything works and was in and out in no time. I would gladly use Smith's again and also will be using them for my landscaping business!

Rude. Website says:“OUR PLEDGE TO YOU...To provide bulk water delivery as quickly as possible with friendly, reliable service at reasonable rates”Yet they won’t deliver because I haven’t ordered from them recently.

Been ordering water from Smith's ever since we moved into cistern country 8 years ago. Always fantastic service, usually ridiculously fast (sometimes less than 20 minutes), and always super-friendly drivers. Thank you for being awesome to deal with!

Always do what they can to accommodate. We are infrequent customers, but they always go above and beyond to do best with under promising and over delivering. We spoke to them 7:30 am, as had run out, reasonably, they said didn't think would make it today, but shortly after 1pm, arrived. No surcharges, no grief, just great value for service!
