Parmesan Restaurant
Everything was dissatisfying. The food was less than okay. We asked what was the chefs special and told they had run out !!!! It was 7:00 pm. Isn’t chefs special suppose to be something the chef puts together?? !!! We waited more than one hour to get our main dish. Once ready the Waiter just deposit plates on our table and run away. Not even bringing parmesan or asking if we needed anything. We had to ask twice to get some Parmesan ( ironic the name of the restaurant) for our pasta. The waiter open our bottle of wine and just left it on the table. Not even making us try it or poring it in our glasses. The wait was so long we almost finished out wine before we got out meal. The Bloody Cesar was watered down.The worst service. The attitude was very unkind and rude and it was the worst experience from the moment we sat down to the moment we left. I will never go to this restaurant again and I don't understand why this restaurant is so crowded. Wasn't worth the money. Don’t get it, how people can say it’s amazing. To wait 90 min to get cafeteria like tasteless food at the price of a good Italian restaurant. Such a disappointment !

This place is amazing! It feels like you're in Paris, and Italy all at the same time! The staff is incredibly nice, and incredible at their jobs! The food is immaculate, and comes out very fast(the restaurant was full on a Saturday night, and we waited 9 minutes tops). Best restaurant in old Québec city!!

Everything was dissatisfying. The food was just okay, the kind you would get at any Italian restaurant, and the tables were packed so tightly so that passers-by constantly hit me.The worst was the service of the servers. The attitude was very unkind and rude and it was the worst experience from the moment we sat down to the moment we left. I will never go to this restaurant again and I don't understand why this restaurant is so crowded. Wasn't worth the money I spent on this restaurant.

Delicious foodAmazing experienceI really like their gnocchi!!Staff is really friendly.It is little bit too crowded. Too many tables and chairs.I had to remove the table to sit besides it.We couldn't buy one wine glass. Instead we had to buy a whole bottle. It was $48. I could buy the same bottle from SAQ for $18.This price is acceptable if we had the option to buy a wine glass too.I know price can be expensive when we buy it at this setting but that gap is too much, Specially when we cannot buy one glass of wine.Overall it is a good experience

Amazing service, great music, and pretty good food. The atmosphere was fun and the staff are super inviting. The food was pretty good but a little pricey. The musician that serenaded us during dinner with an accordion made it worth it : ) I loved the candles in the middle of the table :)

This was one of our most memorable dining experience, the food was great but the service was second to none. Our dinner was accompanied by an accordion player which totally enhanced the Quebec experience which made our dinning experience amazing. Definitely a must go and they certainly know how to do it right. Félicitation and thank you for a memorable evening.

The atmosphere was great people singing and someone plays the accordion. The food is ok its not the greatest. The service is on the low end. Our waiter didn't smile and wouldn't say you're welcome no matter what. Another waiter kept speaking in French even when we asked him in English over and over again. There are a lot of other restaurants to choose from.

I love the interior of the place with all the ornaments and the accordion playing throughout the evening was wonderful.However, the place was overpriced in my opinion though.(2 dishes came to almost $60)And the place is crammed with tables so much so that you have to be very careful walking past tables not to knock things over.It's always busy so if you plan to go, I do recommend making a reservation in advance.

A wonderful, romantic evening in a beautiful, old-school Italian restaurant. The accordion player serenaded us while we ate and the food was to die for! The staff were very friendly and courteous. Excellent experience, would highly recommend!
