I went to the spa with a couple of friends and we had such a great time. The treatments were amazing....I had a facial and a massage. I felt so rested after my massage and my face looked so nice after the facial. The workers were so nice, polite and new what they were doing.

Went for a 60 minute massage and pedicure for my 40th birthday surprise....very clean, professional and the perfect way to spend my dayHighly recommend if you are here to definitely treat yourself to the spa

Horrible experience.My wife and I got a couples massage and although the massage therapists were very kind that was the only good thing about it. The massages were very weak and ineffective. The iPad playing the “calming” music got several notifications throughout the massage and the layout of the spa didn’t make you feel you were in a relaxed environment. I would not recommend this place for anyone looking for a strong and relaxing massage.

Worst Manicure and Pedicure I have ever had. She was unable to remove the prior nail polish and was going to just paint overtop, she filed my nails right down against my request, the pedicure polish was lumpy and missing off half the actual nails. I ended up pulling my hands away mid manicure and left.

My husband and I went to the newly renovated Glo Spa at Ramada Jackson’s Point on May 13, 2022 and had an amazing experience. Our massage therapists Jen and Justine were super nice. We got a couple’s mud wrap (black mud and seaweed) and it was so relaxing - highly recommend! We’ll definitely be going back for other treatments.
