Joe and Rachelle did a great job when it came to replacing our roof, along with dealing with insulation issues on the inside. Joe has been very quick to respond and was excellent at explaining the issues we were having with our roof. We are very pleased with the work they have done for us and would recommend them anytime!

Niles fixed roofing on our church probing. I then had Niles replace our roof shingles that were in bad shape. Joe did this well plus laid out and installed venting that fixed an attic heat build up issue. Good job!

Niles Roofing took the time to figure out the cause of our roof leak by checking inside our attic and up on our roof. He checked everything thoroughly and let us know what jobs should be done now and what could wait until later in the year. He explained everything thoroughly and provided us with a detailed quote on each item at a reasonable cost. He took pictures during the inspection to explain our issues and took pictures after the repair to show us exactly what he did. He is very knowledgeable on roofing issues and construction and obviously cares about providing excellent service, workmanship, and value for his customers. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing roof repairs.

Joe Niles and Rachell Lafleur are nightmare renters. They are squatting in the place they are at not paying rent and refusing to leave. Making up a big story so people will feel sorry for them. They promised to do the repairs they knew about. They completely trashed the yard. Either pay your rent or get out and find a different place

I hired Niles Roofing for removal of ice damns. His tech for detecting heat loss matched up to what I already knew. He added more vents than required. Saying this will eliminate ice damns. That and redoing the roof. It was not necessary to add 6 vents to a small roof. Do your research before hiring this company. He is always right and was not accountable for any work he did for me that resulted in a change of air quality, making it thick and stuff as well as damage to shingles. Which he said he would change when the roof gets redone. No Thanks.
