Wish i could give 0 stars. Mediocrity to the fullest. They'll never deliver your packages. Front counter is awful. Never do business with them again. Shame on you fedex

The guy working here is very nice. Fedex needs to get its sh.together and do better so 1 star for Fedex and 5 Star for the guy in this location.

Awful delivery company, worst in the city. The only company that leaves your packages OUTSIDE YOUR APARTMENT BUILDING. They don't even attempt to bring the packages to your door. Whenever I find out I'm getting a package through Fed Ex I'm filled with dread. Absolutely horrible at their jobs. They left my new BBQ outside my apartment building and the box was just the BBQ box, anyone could have seen what it is and taken it. To make matters worse, I'm disabled and order things for delivery because of this and it makes things very difficult when they leave things outside my building and don't even tell me...

There's one for my building, and I can't see my documents, and I've missed our documents twice. I can't get in touch.The driver keeps forgetting the papers. He still hasn't picked them up.

As a pick-up location,cthey only open from Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm, that's really convenient -:). I called FedEx, the customer service said they supposed to open till 8pm. Anyways, FedEx cannot do anything. So I just watched my package getting there and shipping back to the poor sender. I don't understand why so many terrible companies can survive in Vancouver.

Claimed I wasn't home to deliver the package. I was home all day and I have a front door camera that shows no one coming to the door all day. Dishonest
