My friends and I had a great time here! It was our first time and our barista megan made our drinks and they were delicious. Will be revisiting this place again!

We’re not from Canada and thought this place looked good! We didn’t really know how Canadian coins worked and only asked for help with the amount we had left as it was our last few days. Our cashier tried helping us, but another worker started laughing at us on the side. He was the one wearing black. It was an unpleasant feeling. It made my mom and me feel a typa way.We only came here for the offer of $30 vouchers for tourists to come to this mall. It’s disappointing that they’re trying to advertise for out of towners, but for them to laugh at us when we’re confused about Canadian currency definitely did not feel welcoming. The girl working was very nice however! ◡̈As for the drinks, they were refreshing and good!EDIT: The guy came up to our family and apologized, and he said he was actually laughing at an inside joke and I quote, “when customers ask for too much.” Honestly, it made us feel worse from it because now we feel as if we’re a burden to both the cashier (guy in gray sweater I believe) because he looked annoyed while taking our order by our requests. We were only asking to use the rest of our voucher which wasn’t allowed. That was fine, but there are other ways to handle situations than making your customers feel like a hassle. I even expressed that it was fine if it didn’t work, so what was the point of laughing at the “inside joke” of customers asking for too much? Were we really asking for too much? If you wanted to apologize properly, a sorry without any other excuses would’ve been better, but I hope it helped him clear his conscious. It only made us feel more upset towards the cashier and the other male worker.

I hate going to square one but I make the trip JUST to get one of these because it's one of the best drinks ever. It's the lychee sparkling iced tea and it comes with popping boba.The people who work there are really nice and it's always a positive experience.I just wish they had a better loyalty system because I keep losing my stamp card lol

Great place, selection of drinks and tea on hand are everything you can ask for. Baristas are always awesome -especially Justin and Hai. Always a great time whenever I drop by

I bought my second tin of Ceremonial grade Matcha only to find that the mix was closer to brown than green. I have added a photo of the remains of my previous tin emptied into my new one for colour comparison. According to my research this means it is of lower quality. When I went into the store they did replace it but it seems to be brown/low quality. Unfortunately i believe they have reduced the quality for their matcha and I live too far from the shop to travel in for a refund. I gave them a two star review because I did enjoy the bubble tea when I visited but I wouldn’t recommend their matcha.*Update 23/09/22*I was sent a replacement matcha tea and was much better in terms of colour and taste. I added a picture that shows the comparison this time (tins side by side). I have increase my review from 2 to 3 stars because I appreciate their response however, I am unsure of the consistency of their product.

This specialty tea store is worth any trip! Not a fan of the crowds at Square One, but this makes it worth the while. The beverages that are prepared in store are unique, both hot or cold!

Love the tea's here. I was served by a guy named Ethan and honestly haven't met a more chill and friendly guy. I was there when it wasn't busy and got talk with each of the staff, absolutely amazing. They even recommend me lots of different drinks and teas that suited my preference. Will definitely come back again

I’ve been here twice. The first time I was recommended a really refreshing drink. The second time I came back I asked Gia to remake it and she recommended adding a cheese top to it. The Golden Assam black tea - iced, with milk, brown sugar syrup and the cheese top turned out so so yummy. Love this place and the always helpful & friendly staff!

Cute little cafe in the middle of the Square One Food District. I stopped by because I wanted a tea drink that wasn't filled with sugar, and I got exactly what I wanted! I ordered their Hibiscus Lemonade Iced Tea and found it to have a very natural tea flavor with limited sweetener. The staff here really pay attention to how you want your order If you ask nicely ♥️
