Monaco customer service was good at first when we started having business with them, but lately we were not satisfied at all.Manager at Monaco scaffolding told us that there is 2 times exchange return policy, but when we came back second time he didn’t want to exchange scaffolding saying us to try to sell it on Kijji.He was yelling at us in so disrespectful manner.And when we mentioned that we were buying scaffolding from him for years, he said you better switch to another company.I wish customers service will improve in a future.
