If I had the option to give them zero star, I would. The dispatch is the rudest customer service that I have ever encountered. He hung up on me only because I asked when would the taxi arrive.

Terrible taxi service. I get my trips through WSIB and the drivers wont even assist with opening their doors that don't slide properly. The whole reason for the trip is that I have an injury where I'm unable. The cabs are dirty and not in a good state of repair. The drivers are rude. There's even a driver who likes to watch tv while driving. They probably shouldn't be driving handicap accessible cabs. I do not recommend this service.

Everytime I take Checker Cabs the trips are pleasant and I've never had an issue whatsoever. The only downfall with this Cab company is they don't have alot of cabs working at any particular time of the day so the wait is 50/50 on how quick they can get to you, but they allow animals and most of their Drivers will take dogs and other pets out of carrier (if controlled by their owners). This helps animal people a great deal as the majority of the other cab company's drivers do not except animals in a carrier let alone my large extremely docile furry companion.All in all I recommend

Me and my tiddy needed to haul some groceries back from superstore. I called the and was told theyd be there from 5-10 minutes. They err definitely closer to the 5 minute mark, and our driver got us home FAST. If you need to get somewhere quick, these are the guys!

All the drivers I have met have been friendly, prompt, and honest. I am disabled, so therefore I need a little extra attention from my cab drivers and they are very very helpful. I just wish that they had newer vehicles, the better serve their safety and our ride.

Called today at 4:24pm, cab showed up at 5:09pm - had no timeline given so I expected it to be within 10 minutes. Luckily Veterans Cab was here within minutes when I decided to call them at 4:51pm as I was going to be late picking up my own car from the garage it was at. When the Checker driver was informed he was almost an hour after the call was made he just hung up on me.Never again will I call Checker.

Taxi did not wait, and left without me. Though called multiple times, was sent to voicemail. Left a bunch of youth out in the cold. No call, no patience. Would give zero stars if I could. Take Vets taxi instead. I did.

never get on this taxi company disrespectful drivers. taxis full of dog hair. I waited 20 minutes, disrespectful, the driver went away. never never never. I said wear a mask, he said I don't have a mask and he went away. disrespectful person.
