Superb, friendly customer service! The owner spend an hour fitting my young, hard to fit teen with cleats last week. Because of his time and attention she is playing in cleats that work very well for her. Soccer City should be everyone's go-to store for cleats and soccer gear in the Nanaimo area!

A great overall experience! Friendly and very knowledgeable about the products they sell with a genuine desire to help you find the right product for your needs. After no luck finding what we were looking for in either Victoria or Duncan, we kept driving to Nanaimo and got exactly what we needed. To top off the great experience, the prices here are very competitive. Would (and will!) recommend this store to anyone looking for great gear and even better service.
