We had Chloe as our trainer. She took us around Edmonton on their segways. She did a fantastic job and it was an amazing experience . She did her best to make sure we are comfortable !This is a must! We came from Ontario and the next time we visit Edmonton we will be stopping by again ! 5 star service

River Valley Adventure Co. is a great avenue if you enjoy outdoor activities including segway tours, bicycle tours, electric bike rentals, surrey bike, and being on the water on a raft on the North Saskatchewan River, or just a patio reservation. Louise McKinney Riverfront Park is also a beautiful place to visit while in the area.

I booked a bike online very last minute, and somehow the system allowed me to book 5-7pm even though they closed at 6pm that day. The staff was very accommodating and generous and allowed me to ride till 7.30pm when they have staff returning from a tour. That extra bit of flexibility allowed me to get a full 2.5hr ride around river valley. Thank you! Will recommend, especially since price is reasonable and location is great

I was looking for a unique team building event. River Valley Adventure Co helped me creat a unique and fun experience for my team. We booked some rafts and did a short trip down the river. Affordable and great, friendly service. Book that trip! You can’t duplicate these kind of experiences anywhere else!

We had a fantastic teambuilding event on the Segways! We all had a blast and highly recommended the sunset trip.

We were looking for something fun to do in downtown Edmonton, in the winter... Lol. Couldn't believe we found winter Segway right on the riverfront! Seriously a lot of fun, great views, some pretty cool stuff to see. Riding off-road on the trails is quite the thing... Chloe was a great tour guide. Solid thumbs up as an activity.

My friend and I had the most amazing day floating the North Saskatchewan thanks to River Valley Adventure. We had an easy time picking up our raft, Josh helped us load it into my vehicle and explained how to set up the raft. We drive to Terwillegar park to drop in the river. I was a bit nervous the raft would take long to inflate because it was so big, but it was inflated within five minutes using the foot pump. The raft itself was plenty big for two people, and even came with metal seats for us to use as chairs or as a table. We floated all the way to white mud park which took about 2.5 hours! We got a ride back to my vehicle and then made our way to return the raft! Definitely would love to come back and do a longer float all the way to rafters landing. When we brought our raft back Maria helped us unload it from my car, she was so lovely. All in all it was a really amazing experience and I would recommend everyone check out the raft rentals from here for an unforgettable Edmonton experience.

Food selection was bad. Hot dogs were good but pizza was cold and tasteless. Prices were high for this garbage. Don't waste your time here for eating. Never partook of renting anything they offered.

Tried the early morning Segway tour and loved it! The beginner clinic prior to the tour is very helpful - Tyra was an excellent instructor and guide. The Segway is quite fascinating how it self balances, This is perfect for all ages. If you’re interested in seeing the River valley, this is a great way to do it! Look forward to doing another of their tours.
