Rented a trailer that had to be returned to same location. I had a medical emergency and was unable to return the trailer myself. Found someone to get it back for me but was 2 days late. I talked to Uhaul the whole time, they waved the 2 days fees for it being late. Top notch service!!

Usually stop by for gas as well as rentals. Gas is a few cents cheaper and only a few minutes away.

I have always had good service here and I use their trucks 2 x per year. Never had a problem, always got the corrected receipt at end of trips, which I always check, never had a problem with getting the truck I have needed. I put in my own fuel as per trip. Not hard. Truck has been clean every time I have used it winter or summer. One of the BEST places to actually have something when needed. As for trucks not having electric windows??? Who cares! I need to move stuff, not bling time. I just want good tires, something that runs decent and clean! Just my 2 cents here.

Was not happy with my experience with this uhaul dealer. I tried calling about 10 time over a couple of days and at different times in the day and I got sent to voicemail every time. I tried leaving a message and nobody ever got back to me. I was trying to book a uhaul over the phone since I didn’t want to book one online. And never even spoke to a person. Would not recommend. Another location picked up right away and helped and I would rather go to the one on the other side of the city from me then the one by my house.

I never do reviews but i had a bad experience with them earlier.Gas meter was off by literally so little and they charged me $9 more for a litre or 2 of gas (probably not even because it was very little)There is a reason why they average 3.4 stars

This place is amazing! The owners are so, so kind and genuinely care about their customers. My dad rented a truck from them awhile back, and said that their service was not only quick, but that the owners were also very friendly. I definitely recommend them, they make your life a whole lot easier.

Have tried to get a uhaul multiple times in the past few years. Not once had a pleasant experience. What should be a simple pick up takes minimum 30 minutes of messing around and even then it doesn’t make it simple. If you have a buddy with a truck pay him double to not deal with the hassle
