Excellent third wave coffee shop! Great coffee,amazing coffee machine since they use Hario Syphon which is a very special Japanese method and nice baristas! Lots of space to work on your laptop in a very nice atmosphere.Overall a very nice place!

Falco is a solid lunch spot. The coffee is fantastic, the onigiri is flavorful, and the staff here are wonderful humans. Try the cookies, you wont be disappointed. The salted caramel one is worth trying. Savor it. They also have science coffee it's an experience to order.

Excellent healthy Japanese bistro. No, it's not a sushi place. They offer bowls of rice and either beef or tofu and onigiri (Japanese rice balls with various fillings). Everything is fresh and delicious. Particularly good for the health-conscious. There is a seating area that is extremely informal which one might love or hate depending on taste but there is no table service proper. Good coffee and pastries. It could do with a little more variety in their menu.

Coffee worth waiting for! Modern third wave, syphon style coffee only. If you want a high quality tasse de café, look no further. Good ambiance and friendly staff as well. I appreciate that they keep the music in the background (as it should be at cafe).

Love going there for their bowls. Unfortunately the last time I went they had no food left at lunch time which was very disappointing

Love this place, with its spacious and vintage feel, along with Japanese lunch (this was the first place to get onigiri and siphon coffee in Montreal). I would love to return at an earlier time to be able to try their other dishes before they sell out.

VERY YES.Went there this morning for the first time ever, expecting something lightly reminiscent of a real Japanese cafe.Nope. This is the REAL DEAL.First, the coffee. The Hario syphon coffee is superb. Let is settle to the right temperature and you have a remarkably light yet massively flavorful coffee.Next, the onigiri. Best I've had outside of Japan. Admittedly, I was there early enough that they were just being made. But WOW. The shiitake and salmon was so very fresh and tender. A perfect snack and even though the onigiri don't appear very large, they're very dense and filling.Really, if you're into Japanese coffee shops, this is a can't miss.

Good food overall, but not a smile or some patience from the front staff. They give you a bad and unwelcoming look because you’re taking your time to study and read the menu , we were the only customers and weren’t holding other people.
