What kind of place makes you pay first? I am not sure if it was a legitimate request, but I did not agree to it, that's how fraud starts. I Do not recomend this place, shady business practice.I was a returning customer.

We've been going there regularly for more than 10 years and brought lots of clients through word of mouth. We've always purchased 10 sessions in advance. Last year my wife books her last prepaid session and the receptionist says we owe them $0.25. Not having any change at the time tells the owner she'll pay next time since the credit card charge will cost them more. My wife comes to the next appointment to be told by the owner the appointment has been cancelled. Asking why wasn't she notified, Ivy(the owner) said she wanted to teach her a lesson and be told in the face $ .25 cents are important for her!! Needless to say we were is utter disbelief! Ten years of being loyal clients, thousands of dollars spent there meant nothing. Talking about a cultural shock!!!

Game changer

Only real deal acupuncture place I’ve been to where different options for gender identification were offered on the intake form. The lady there really knows her stuff, including but not limited to recognizing without judgement that I’m “boy-like.” Wasn’t easy growing up in Coquitlam as a trans Chinese person but I’ll always think of this place fondly for how much they helped me with my physical ailments, and made me feel seen and welcomed for my difference.

Ivy is amazing! She really knows her craft. I've sent many patients to her and all of them are happy with their results. They had acupuncture, cupping and herbal sauna. I was coming to that place for a few years and definitely will make more appointments to Ivy.

Really great, wise and knowledgeable acupuncturist. Really helped me manage cramps and chronic lower back pain. She also makes her own medicine from herbs collected during hikes in the forest.

Friendly staffs, reliable doctors, and great treatments. I’ve been with them for 10 years now, and I can not find any other reliable doctors like them here in Vancouver!
