Its handy, its convenient and its cold and usually has all the brands you want, but not a Doug Fords for the people buck a beer.Great BS slogan. Makes you wonder who he want to give this job too running his version of the beer store.

Message to management: when there's a lineup don't put someone slow at cash. I waited over 20 minutes and there were only 3 people in front of me. This person didn't even know how to get prices from the cash machine so they had to walk over to the beer to check every time. I think it would have been faster if I drove to another beer store and waited in a new line.

They finally began accepting empties returns. I had been having to go out of my way to find another location to take the empties I received in donation for Kitchener Stray Cat Rescue.Even with covid 19 it would have been nice if one of the employees would have given me a hand seeing as how I was struggling with all of it. There were no other customers with empties at the same time as me.

Staff are generally friendly and helpful in finding the right product for you. Weekly sales are offered so keep an eye out and your favourite bevaeags may be on sale.

I went into this store last Sunday and once again watched as the ladies working at the cash interact with the customers with complete indifference. Replying to the simplest question seems to be a chore. I realize that the beer store isn't a 5 star hotel and I do not expect the same level of service but it wouldn't hurt to show a morsel of enthusiasm and warmth. A scowl is never a good ingredient in customer service.I would suggest a training day at the LCBO. You can see what customer service looks like.

Every beer store in Ontario is more or less the same. One on the Highland road, next to the Real Canadian Super store is no different. Great selection od domestic and imported beers and ciders. Personel is knowledgeable and polite. It is great that you can get beer already chilled and ready to use.
