Ooof. This is a bit of a rough McDonald's. Nothing but love to the staff, but I suspect there is lots of turnover and hard to keep skilled employees here. While there, multiple orders were made wrong, including my own. The staff fixed the issue quickly, but it was certainly disorganized.

Too busy serving drive thru customers to serve people standing at the counter, or even greet them. Lots of customers gave up and left. People using order kiosk had long waits. Very small location and people waiting were crowded. Order missing straws, sauces. Oh… and you need to ask for the washrooms to be unlocked (long waits for help with this as well)Would give zero stars.

Everytime I go in, it's dirty everywhere, smells gross, and has an old run down atmosphere compared to most McDonald's. Wait times are ridiculously long whether you go through the drive through or go in. The kitchen and entire square footage seems too small to manage the volume of locals and tourists. In sore need of a reno or entirely new location!!!!

Don't carry filet o fish anymore, and the food looks too sad to be eaten. Wait times are way too long( 3 cars ahead of me, and it took 25 minutes to get my order). It's the only fast food option in Bancroft, and the worst. Staff are not happy, and frequently confused or apathetic.

Come on. Just common sense here. Turned off the car to walk in. Got one smoothie at 3:04 pm. 15 other vehicles went through the drive through with full orders. Yet, one drink took 14 mins to make (ready at 3:18) and another large order was taken at the 13 min mark with mine still not made and me standing there for ONE drink. The inside was SUPER messy, and no one cleaning up. I think a few extra counter staff and cleaning would make all the employees AND customers happier. The employee was stress out too. Not cool.

Be prepared to wait. No point being first in line at this restaurant they don't follow the numbers on the board. Don't waste your time complaining to Management they just ignore you and don't give a ......

Clearly unorganized. Drive-thru order was taken, but not before having a customer who drove up to the other order screen have their order taken first when I’d already been waiting to order for a minute. Then I get told to pull ahead and wait in a parking spot. Ten minutes pass since ordering before receiving three mcdoubles and no straw for my drink. Not a great experience.

I stood in line for minimum 15 min and Noone served me. I watched several people come in and leave empty handed as they to where ignored. I went outside and called the manager answered the phone saying hello" had to verify I dialed the correct number since I figured his greeting would address the fact that I had called "MacDonalds" he told me "sorry but he doesn't have enough people working " so I guess the solution to that is ignore the front counter and everyone only attend to the drive thru? Pretty ridiculous. When I left 2 more customers left right behind me."
