Poor communication from the start to the finish of the recruitment process. The first position I applied for they interviewed me 2x for the wrong position. Finally was passed onto the correct people. The next 3 jobs no notification of not being shortlisted, despite being told they would contact me. I had to reach out multiple times to confirm i did not make the cut for the 3 positions multiples times as they kept using the title for one position only. No objective feedback. Not upset about not getting the job, and I am sure they are doing their best, but the entire process with this Venor was frustrating from start to finish. To finish on positive the employees are quiet friendly.
