Maxine is the real deal! When you spend time around a practitioner or coach, you can feel if their modalities and training are being applied to their own life, and with Maxine it's clear that what she teaches is also what she lives and breathes. Can't recommend her enough for all things based in somatics, transformation and embodiment.

Max helped me in so many ways it is hard to put into words. It has taken me time to write this review as I have been integrating the many gifts I received from my work with her, and I wanted it to reflect that. We worked on so many things including breathwork, toning, somatic safety, bodywork, tantra, herbalism, coding, life coaching and more. She is a master of her craft in all things relating to the body, nervous system, empowerment and pleasure. She has many tools in her tool box. She is caring and compassionate and always met me where I was at.I came to her wanting to deepen my relationship with myself and my body, heal my relationship with the masculine (platonically and romantically) and improve my self esteem. I wanted more pleasure and play in my life. I had been disconnected from my body for a long time and unable to feel pleasure. I was constantly stuck in trauma responses.Max taught me how to breathe properly, into all areas of my body, which that alone was HUGE and helped me shift so much. She held me in sacred space and helped me regulate my nervous system. We mapped out my overwhelm cycle and how I can reset myself. We discovered my true essence underneath my defense mechanisms.I left her with increased body awareness and sensations, a stronger connection to my true self, increased confidence and self esteem, many tools and exercises that help me on a regular basis, and so much knowledge and wisdom. I really can't say enough about her, how much she helped me and how wonderful she is. I would highly recommend her to anyone, and look forward to continuing this work with her again one day.
