We bought 3 habanero chicken bowls and none of them has the regular size of rice, and even the extra chicken is not upto the regular size. The lettuce is also bad. Ordered large chilli soup, and received half bun. Didn't even bother to provide us the fork.

I was ordering a long list of items with my non English speaking parents and wanted the cashier (Asian girl with short hair) to repeat the list of items. We didn’t want to have ordered any mistakes. She said in a flat rude tone “isn’t it on the screen?”. The items on the screen were cut off and it wasn’t clear what was written. I asked again to clarify the items we ordered and she repeated the items in a rushed, flat tone, as if we rushing her (there were no other customers). She also made us feel as if we were stupid. My parents and I are fellow Asians and we were shocked to be treated rudely by the Asian cashier. I also witnessed her a few minutes later acting cheerful to the white male customer, showing a potential race bias.

Pretty good service. The staff were busy with a lot of patrons but still took the time to get the order right and make sure I was served. Great experience here.

I Googled for nearest Tms, google showed that I was zero km from the nearest Tims. Looked around and couldn't see it. Then realized that it was inside the garossary store. It was a blessing to have Tim Hortons in this area.

Quick friendly service. Hot chocolate was nice and so was my bagel. Their limited edition smiley cookie was also pretty good.

Coffee/tea are not fresh, all expired, and the staff refuse to make fresh ones.Very rude staff rudely argues he doesnt have time to make a fresh one even though its just 650pm and they close at 10pm.Horrible place!

I went there with my kids in a busy time in the morning. The showcase were full of donuts. The staffs are kind and quick to deal with customers. But it is a small size of Tim in a Save on food. No drive through. Not many choices.

This is located inside save on food. However, when we were there the restaurant was so busy. Only one staff member was available. Maybe it's because of the holiday season. Otherwise all good. Plenty of space inside for coffee

The size of the food items should be embarrassing to Tim Hortons corporate. The employees do a great job and work very hard and fast. The wraps are tiny. The bowls on TV look so good but are very very small. The size of these items for the price is ridiculous.
