Tetherwood Spa

Had a wonderful facial and massage by Heather when I was there. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get the Oxygen facial I had booked because I wasn't informed prior to that I wasn't to use retinol up up to one week before treatment.The spa is clean, staff friendly and knowledgeable, beautiful setting and scenery.

Fantastic atmosphere, staff, and services. Bikini wax was almost painless with how gentle the estitician was.

An amazing experience from start to finish! I was visiting the London area for just a couple days and decided to book a cut + colour service with Sabrina. I'm so glad I did!! From the moment I arrived, all the staff were so warm and welcoming. Sabrina is incredibly skilled and professional; you can tell she's very passionate about her art form. She delivered exactly what I was looking for in terms of colour and cut, and well-surpassed my expectations. I am blown away! Not only that, the setting of this salon is absolutely stunning, complete with beautifully manicured gardens. It was so lovely to sit in the sunroom while waiting for my highlights to be processed. Highly recommend!!

Best spa place in London Ontario (and you can get a complimentary coffee:p)

Edit: Tetherwood spa contacted after my review and offered to fix my cuticles. I appreciated the call. Unfortunately, I was unable to take them up on their offer, but was happy they wanted to me to be happy with the service provided. I have changed the review to 5 stars.Overall, the experience was fine. The vibe was comfortable and the atmosphere was relaxing. The pedicure was amazing. The water temperature was perfect. They did their best with what they could with my feet and the massage was exactly what I needed. I was offered a lavender neck wrap, which was divine. my only trepidation is the manicure. My cuticles are still atrocious and the nail polish already chipping. I went 3 days ago. Womp. I was surprised, because the last manicure I had was amazing. I will still be going back, but frankly, I’m not super happy with my visit. Maybe the tools are to blame as the one I use at home gets the job job.I do want to state that the hygiene practices are top notch and I think a lot of effort is put in to maintaining. I appreciate that very much!Note: my left middle finger (smudge) was my doing -_-

Emina is absolutely amazing! She gives the best haircuts, and always makes you feel so welcome, you feel like you are catching up with a friend each visit. Looking for a great stylist, book with her!!!

Amazing experience! I went for a relaxing body treatment and spa facial. Heather is fantastic she is very welcoming and made me feel comfortable. She did not try and push products on me like other spas I have been to, she did however make commendations and I did end up purchasing those products which are also amazing! During my facial (chemical peel) she checked every few minutes to see how my skin was doing so that I was always comfortable. I would high recommend this spa and Heather! :)
