This place is super super amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable with their products and very helpful. My kids love coming here because the guys there treat them with kindness and patience, especially Greyson! This actually goes for ALL the guys at the store. Every now and then, they give my kids some treats (packs) or trinkets to add to their collection. Their pricing is on-point and they treat their customers really well. We love coming to Prisma games.

I have been here a few times now and all the staff are incredibly helpful and kind.For someone newer to the game like me they are great at making suggestions and are open with cheaper/more expensive selections, and don't pressure you to buy anything. They are very knowledgable and current with up to date products and have a HUGE selection of Pokèmon and also magic/MTG products.Definitely found my new go to card shop, I HIGHLY recommend!

I Took my son here for his birthday to get him couple things. The generous owner gave my son 2 free packs of Pokémon for his birthday. My son opened it up in store and pulled a very valuable rare Vmax in his favourite character…. Like Wow!! Totally made my son’s birthday extra special, he was so happy and shocked and the owner was super excited for my son. I’m extremely pleased with the service and the kindness of the owner and staff. The prices are super reasonable and the Saturday game play area is Fantastic. Definitely recommend this place 5 stars all around.

Purchased pokemon cards. The selection was quite large and well organized. The service was friendly and quick to help. When I received my cards, they came in clear sleeves within a hard case. Definitely my first stop for pokemon cards from here on out.

Great place to go, I haven't been to the new store yet but always went to flea market. Got some great cards from there. Only wish they start taking bulk again, if so it be 5 stars.

Stopped in with my daughter to check out the place. Can’t remember the guy that helped us but 10/10 with service, knowledge, kindness, organization, cleanliness, patience and just overall on the store it self! Don’t see us going anywhere else for any of our card needs!! Highly recommend this place even just to stop in and check the place out!

Listen…. I walked into this shop not knowing a single thing about Pokémon. My sons are into it and I was buying them some cards as gifts.The shop was clean, the staff was friendly and oh man did they ever help me out. I was looking for some particular items and the gentleman helping me was informative and really steered me in the right direction. He helped me stay in my price point and didn’t try to over sell.This is a great shop with great staff and great prices.

Much better than I expected when I ordered a bunch of single cards online. They got my order ready within an hour. Nice and cozy place. Also appreciate the variety of cards they sell that aren't just the mainstream expensive ones :>>> Found myself buying a bunch of old commons! And Greyson is the best and kind enough to help me!
