Professional service. Dr. Vig and Dr. Reimer are amazing doctors, along with their whole staff.

I went for an emergency appointment April 09, 2015 after getting some dental floss caught between my back molars. A few minutes into the appointment, Dr. Reimer assured me there was nothing that he could see in my gums. I explained that it was not in my gums, that several pieces of floss had broken/frayed, between my teeth. He tried a few different things, but ultimately sent me on my way, with a $60.00 bill, assuring me there was nothing there. I was no further ahead than before I went in.April 27th, I was able to see my family dentist (an almost 2 hour drive, and I have a heavy work schedule) which is why I couldn't get in sooner. I explained the issue, and she worked away for nearly 30 min (3x longer than Dr. Reimer) and she threaded a piece of floss through at the top of my gums and was able to pull down....several attempts at this resulted in retrieving a (literal) wad of dental floss that had been wedged up there for weeks.Emergency or not, I will never return to Dr. Reimer's office, and will make the 2 hour drive home to see my own dentist who clearly has a vested interest in her patients.

Dr. Reimer is a great dentist.
