Jennie was fast and super helpful with swapping in a set of rims with snow tires. Because of the racing rims (bought with the tires) she could not reuse the OEM bolts and was able to come up with slimmer (and shiny) ones to get the job done. Reasonably priced and caring staff.

Had my winter tires changed over last season. No where to wait dirty uninviting environment but way more cost effective then my usal spot. Was told car was fine could come back and pick up later no call that car was done.No complaints about the work done. The young gentleman did a great job .The car was parked on street and issued a parking ticket. Went to go into office to speak to manager as instructed by technician. Did not even make it into office before loud woman who I assume was a manager yelled she was not paying for the ticket. I never asked anyone to pay for anything. No communication at all. She never even looked up.Please go anywhere else not worth the couple dollars. You will save.

Very good experience! The girl who attended me and who did the job did it excellent, very friendly, and straight to the work, without wasting time, in 30 min I already had my four winter tires installed in my car. I recommend it.

She fixed my flat! After having Canadian Tire look at my tire 3 times with no success (so frustrating), I decided to give it one more try at MT TIRE. I brought it in on Saturday morning and, Jennie (I think that's her name from reading other reviews) fixed, balanced and installed my tire in about 15 minutes. She provided awesome service and explained everything that she was doing. The only issue is that it's a bit of an awkward location so parking is a bit weird if there are other cars.

Never recommend this place to go. Not responsible for anything. I wish we had zero star to give them.I just edit my Review to answer your reply:i bought both Rim and Tire from you and you claimed i brought my own Rims! Which Rim? Why? I'm lying ?! Why?Your talking way with a customer is not polite, i got both Rim and Tire from you, i paid by cart and have recieipt!!While buying this pack no one noticed me anything about it, we have to be responsible about our products.Story is this:I bought A Pack of Used Tire and Rim for my car, i did not use it since bought due to keeping it as spare tire, it doesnt keep Air!They dont accept, she kicked me out of their shop.

I have read a number of negative reviews and I am quite bothered by them. I contacted MT Tire to make an appointment for the installation of four (4) brand new tires and four (4) brand new rims with TPMS tire sensors. From my first point of contact via telephone Jennie was very professional. When I arrived at the shop it was all business, Jennie was the one that worked on my truck tires and she was absolutely fantastic to say the least. Jennie removed four (4) TPMS sensors from my older set of tires and transferred them over to my my new set. Jennie was very knowledgeable and she explained everything every step of the way until the work was completed. The level of customer service and support that I received from Jennie and MT Tire was exceptional. Jennie did all the work on my my truck tires and treated me with the utmost good faith and respect. I highly recommend MT Tire and I will definitely go there again. Do not allow the negative reviews to reflect on your own experience. These people truly care about customer service. Thank you Jennie !

Great place to service tyres, the staff was always super friendly and knowledgeable, is a shame they are no longer operational, sorry to see you go but all the best in your future projects...

I had a low pressure tire signal first thing in the morning and called this place since they were close by. The lady took us in right away and fixed our tire in 15 minutes! I had my baby with me and she was very accommodating and kind. Superb customer service and very fair prices. Will be coming here from now.

Had a flat. I live in the neighbourhood and was looking for a local shop. Walked in, explained the situation. Jenny did a quick diagnosis of the flat, patched it up and mounted it all within a reasonable amount of time. Jennie was absolutely friendly, efficient, and transparent. 10/10 will be getting my business again!

never using another shopthis place was amazing, great service, saved me money by being honest and repairing instead of charging me for a new tire.they would get ten stars if possible
