The service coordinator Rick K. is very helpful and knowledgeable about all your Porsche needs. He goes above and beyond to make certain every issue you may have is addressed. He makes you feel as though your car is the most important vehicle in their facility.

Great service experience with Motor City, highly recommended. As someone who does most repairs and maintenance on my cars, I reached the end of my abilities with an air suspension issue that required programming. Gave Ric a detailed rundown of symptoms and what I had already replaced and he thanked me for the clarity, as opposed to making me feel like I shouldn’t have touched anything like many other shops will do. He gave me fair, upfront pricing, on-time updates and the work was done efficiently. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

After a long conversation with Joe and Scott I ended up getting everything sorted out. I flew in on Sunday Oct 2nd 2022 to Detroit and picked up the Cayenne on Monday Oct 3rd 2022.Everything is good and I would highly recommend working with Scott.
