Thomas and his crew did an amazing job taking down our 50ft Blue spruce as well as a couple other smaller trees. Left the area clean and clear, and the job was done exactly as expected. He was extremely helpful and responsive through the whole process, and I would highly highly recommend!!

We had Thomas and his team complete some work in the overgrown backyard of our newly purchased home in Ancaster. The largest job on site was the removal of a honey locust tree which was growing overtop of the home. They left the property clean and were very punctual, professional and friendly throughout the entire process. We highly recommend them!

Thomas is a man of his word. When he first looked at the job (late April) he said they were booking for June but mentioned if he got a chance prior to that he would let me know. Bingo, he called and arrived May 16/23. He and his crew were courteous and hard working. You would hardly know they were ever here - clean up of the Manitoba Maple tree stem cutting was exceptional. Burlington job! I highly recommend their services 100%.

Thomas and his crew took down a massive willow in our yard. He wasn't intimidated by the challenge, in fact in less than one day this massive tree was felled and removed from the yard. There was no damage to surrounding fences and because of the ice storm the grass was protected from damage from the tracks of machinery. Thomas's outstanding quality was his communication skills through out the project. No guess work, just upfront and honest about time lines, price, his costs etc.I found Thomas to be very friendly, hard working, dependable, and capable. The pricing very reasonable. The storm over the Christmas weekend knocked down one of the trees in our backyard onto the shared fence with our neighbours. We contacted Borer's Falls Tree Service that evening and they let us know that they would come the following day to check out the damage and give us an estimate. They were up front about the cost, when they could come to remove the tree, and what exactly they would be leaving in the cleanup. They came earlier than expected and while we weren't home, we were told by both sets of neighbours that they were very friendly and quick! The clean up in both yards looked great and we are very satisfied with the service, especially considering it was around the holidays and we were out of the province!

Call the guy I always say. Thomas was our guy today. Had 4 stumps to remove. Found Borer's. Called them and voila, our 4 stumps were taken care of after I spoke to Thomas. Thomas and crew arrived on time as scheduled to remove a 70 foot linden tree in our backyard. Since it was a tricky removal we were very impressed how they lowered the sections without damaging any of the surrounding property. The clean up was better than what we could have hoped for as well as the very reasonable price.
