The person who took our picture was nice and polite.pictures clicked were acceptable with $13 + tax for 2 photo.Also There was some other employee at the booth, who wanted to show that he has some kind of authority at the store and can give orders to let only one person check the clicked pictures. Silly guy.

This is Walmart and they do not do baby pictures, false advertising

Don’t go for a passport photo. A digital copy cost 33 dollars without cropping it. They don’t even know the size required for Canadian passport photo. They’ll give you a whole body picture and you have to crop it by yourself. Worst place to take a passport picture!

Good quality, you can book appointments easily as well as cancel them without any issue.I decided to rewrite this review as I got very disappointed with Photos Unlimited Portrait Studio. The have change the terms of conditions of a photo session that I bought in advance and now we won’t have the wall portrait that I paid for. I understand that some terms of conditions could vary, but not change the whole purpose of the purchase.We bought 4 photos with a portrait included, after booking again our photoshoot because the first session the photographer was surprisingly bad; we went through a good session and finally 15 days ago we went to Walmart to decide which of the photos we would print. But were so disappointed when the photographer informed us about just choosing 2 digital photos....It simply doesn’t make any sense!Terrible service

I went to Walmart Portrait Studio to get a retake of my son's passport photo. We took it before but my husbands fingers were showing because my son is under two and we had to hold him still. Neil was on duty and he did an amazing job. He helped me and everyone else. Honestly for a Friday night at 6pm It was crazy busy he served a family taking a photo shoot with 6 kids 2 adults and than a bunch of other people who had to pick up some photos and than ofcourse me. He was so quick took my sons photo in less than a minute. He was outstanding but the system kept crashing and I felt sorry for him because he was trying to be very calm but I feel he was a bit overwhelmed from all the people waiting. His customer service was excellent he was very professional. the thing I didn't like is it always gets crazy busy there when they least expect it and one person handling everything is a big too much so I recommend having 2 people on staff not only on Weekdays or you will have a lot of complaints from other customers. The worst place you can take your photos at.. unprofessional photographers. They ruined my baby's baptism photos.. the photographer asked me to make the baby laugh and change the baby's position every while and to lift the baby with stretched arms as not to appear in the photo with the baby which will probably will cause the baby to fall from my hands..instead of bringing a chair and put the baby on!!Plus the photographer was too short.. our photos looks like we are the CN towers..If you don't want to ruin your occasion..don't take photos at this place

Perhaps the previous reviews were taken a while ago, that they've had bad experiences; however, our journey here today will not be forgotten. The photographer was clean shaven, friendly, professional, and courteous. Shortly put, a remarkably groomed service was done. I will recommend to friends and will come back for more!

amazing customer service. It takes about 5 minutes to do a great passport photo. They know what there doing ! On top there on location photography deal is really good

Save your hard earned money. Huge difference in priceDark pictures, way to over priced, I paid $ 94 for 6 ppt size pix and for 1 min long crappy job.I wish I could have Googled before going here.Lot of other smaller palaces are offering 2 pics for $6.99. I could have saved $75 easily.I called Wal-Mart, I was told they have nothing to do with this studio, as they are renting their place to portrait studio.
