They do direct billing which makes it extremely easy because no hassle or having to submit claims through insurance and wait for them accept or not. This alone makes it 5 stars.All the staff are great as well.

I went to this Massage Addict & the person at the front was very abrupt and not very polite; was very fixated on every area on the damn form being completed. It did not feel like I was at a massage place - the waiting room was as unwelcoming as the attendant. Then the person who my massage was with came to get me and they were cold and not very welcoming - I was about to leave but decided to give her a chance. She actually wasn’t bad. Just a bit distracted. I have been to Hand & Soap and they pamper you from the minute you open the door to when you leave. This Massage Addict should learn from them.

I made an appt for my partner after visiting other locations and always having a good experience. He had an appt with Lisa L who was late for the appt and it was the worst massage he’s ever had. She was rude, too rough and didn’t listen to his requests. He left in a lot of pain. Terrible customer service, and after reading the reviews she seems to have a trend of the same complaints and no changes. We will never go back to this location. Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star.

Come here often. It’s clean, professional and you get a good massage! I think it depends on the massage therapist as to the service you receive but I’ve tried almost everyone at this establishment and yes, I prefer some over others but that’s preference and I will always try to book with my preferred therapist.I love how easy it is to book online and the person at the front desk is super efficient and always has my bill waiting when I’m done. I get in and out quickly and without fuss or someone trying to upswell me on some package.

I've been to many registered massage therapists in Pickering before finding my Goldilocks (just right!) therapist here. Greg takes the time to understand my ailments and customizes my treatment to target those areas. I always feel a lot better after treatment days!

This place was amazing! I had my first appointment with Trisha and I was very impressed. Despite being open for 7 years, everything inside was so clean, I thought it was brand new. Trisha was great, she explained everything she was doing while she was doing it. I will be back.

I went in for a message and I told the masseuse to give me a back and calves massage but for an hour he was just pressing my veins to make me feel better and I told him multiple times but I don't want the vein massage I want the muscle massage he did not know how to massage and now I have pain all over my back and neck because he was just pressing them so hard from for an hour.I had a horrible experience and I don't recommend massage addict to anyone.The person at the front desk was like this is what we have.

Great massages at some of the lowest prices you'll find anywhere for an RMT. They also direct bill. Peter at the front is always nice.

The worst massage I’ve ever had in my life. Lisa was massaging me and kept going to rough on my toes after I told her it was broken. She said she wanted to “snap it back into place.” My toes are crooked now and I can barley walk.
