I have enjoyed the great food here for over 20 years.The Salt and Pepper Chicken and Beef and Broccoli are my favourites and are outstanding.The Ginger Beef is also outstanding as are many of the dishes I’ve tried over the years.Yip knows my address when I give him my phone number lol.Great food and delivery, the dine in is very good too.I’m so glad that they still provide such good food after all these years.

Visited just once, had their dinner combo (spare ribs and ginger beef). Service was good, they accommodated different things, free tea, and they were nice. Food was not good, maybe I picked a wrong thing and other things are great? I dont know, but I ordered fried rice with spare ribs and ginger beef, but I couldnt finish spare ribs and the ginger beef, they were fried too much, there was more fried coating than actual meat, and it felt more like midwest American fried meat than Chinese.

Working nearby, it's so awesome to have great Chinese food so close.Cherry Inn is a family run restaurant with awesome people worth supporting. From the first time I met them, I have always found them warm and kind.Often, I pick up my go-to classic Chinese dish: Beef Hor Fun wet-style. I find some places have no idea and the gravy flavor is off. Not here! They got the flavor down pat and the rice noodle is tender with good wok hey. It's exactly how I remembered it and reasonably priced.Support this awesome local family business!

I had been seeing this restaurant listed on Reddit several times when the question of best chinese restaurant in Calgary" would come up so I decided to give it a try. My partner and I ordered the Wor Wonton soup

This is the best place I've found and gone to in MANY years. The food is so awesome that I have MANY MANY friends all across and around Calgary that LOVE the food they have and enjoy the quality and large abundance of food you get for a great reasonable price. The staff are totally awesome to interact with. Even their food delivery driver always has a smile, full of laughter, and has a joyful personality.Out of 10, they are a full 20.

Just found this awesome spot on Canada day. Went with my Hasband and kids, all enjoyed the food (Shanghai noodles, ginger beef, chicken wings, curry chicken). Great portions. Definitely be back!

We love their Wor Wonton Soup, it never fails to impress. It's large enough and full of wontons. We've only ever gotten takeout but they are always quick and on time. Definitely recommend

We are from Toronto and here for the Volleyball Nationals. Searched for Chinese restaurant and saw this. Restaurant has a good rating and definitely agree. Food portion was more than expected. Food tastes great. Staff is friendly. It's one of those small restaurant that is a mom's and pop's place that always tastes great.

Ordered a dinner for 1, was very excited based on the reviews but kinda skeptical cause it sounded like a LOT of food for $20. And it was a lot of food for $20. Not awful food, but not consistently great either.Wonton soup was beautiful, had like 5 wontons and so tasty.Spring roll was above average I’d say. Pretty good.Sweet & sour chicken was very tasty but the chicken chunks were way too big for me. Not the end of the world. I’d still say it’s good though. (See edit @ the bottom)Shanghai noodles were great, can’t complain there. There was something questionable on top of them idk if it was a mushroom of some sort or a weird chunk of meat but it was a very odd texture & I didn’t eat it.Ginger beef is where ya lost me, it was very bad & disappointing. Not a good texture, the beef chunks were dry and tasted like the bottom of a deepfryer. And there was no sauce asides from a measly puddle under the beef? Very strange, not like any ginger beef I’ve had before. Didn’t eat it.(Edited my review bc it was way too generous. Halfway through I gave up trying to enjoy the noodles/chicken. The chicken tasted oily but was masked by the sauce in the first couple bites. I wound up eating two pieces of chicken, maybe 1/3 of the noodles, finished the soup & spring roll but damn. That was disappointing as hell. Dropped to 2 stars and won’t be returning.)
