the wait was long, but it was worth it. the receptionist and both the doctors i saw were respectful and professional. seeking medical care is nerve wracking as a trans person because i never know if i will be taken seriously or if i will be addressed with the correct name and pronouns but the staff here obviously make an effort to make all patients feel comfortable and welcome. long wait times aren’t their fault so i didn’t mind, and i would rather wait a long time to see a doctor that i know will actually take care of me.

My regular doctor is on vacation so this was my first visit. All the staff are very kind, and seem to work together very well. Saw the Doctor in less than an hour: he too was very knowledgeable and compassionate. Thanks to the team!

I have been a patient of Dr. Ishaqzay for 6 years now and he is one of the best doctors I've ever had he is very kind. He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns I’m very grateful for him.The nurse and the receptionist are beyond amazing .

Thoroughly disappointed. I just received horrible recommendation from receptionist on an urgent matter… to wait for family physician which would be a few weeks out. It’s a walk in clinic and I was just told it may be best to hold off until (which would be end of March) to have my girlfriend seen for important testing, despite the care being listed on their site.Doesn’t feel like a walk-in clinic.

I called and got an appointment instead of just going into the clinic as an unannounced walk-in. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time but still had to wait 50 minutes until seeing the doctor. The doctor himself was very nice and knowledgeable but the wait time was too much for someone who had an appointment. The pharmacist there is really nice too!

I’ve been here twice in the last month as a walk-in and both my experiences have been great. Wait times have been absolutely reasonable and the waiting area and rooms are clean. The staff is great and the doctor and his assistant are calm, friendly and thorough. They smile and laugh with me, listen without judgement and give clear instructions on how to continue care at home.

Best walk-in clinic in Hamilton. Very friendly environment, big parking space, receptionist and staff member Shabnam were really nice and professional who listen to my concern and made a report.Dr.Ishaqzay is a very kind doctor and well experienced.

I must file a report regarding this doctor and this clinic because it is a place that has nothing to do with medicine, professionalism, respect or humanity. My husband was insulted today by the doctor. He got angry and shouted at him and insulted him all because my husband asked him are you sure that this is an ear infection and his question to the doctor was in his place and with all politeness because my son’s cheek had swollen a lot, so my husband did not find a relationship between the swelling of the cheek and the inflammation of the earThe doctor said the name of his religion, I do not know if this is a kind of threat or what is the reason for a doctor to say what his religion is to the patient

The Dr here has no bed side manners. First thing he did when he walked in the room was ask me if my toddler touched the instruments… then as I’m getting ready to leave I put my sons boot on the paper of the bed and he says oh don’t put those up there and I said it’s on the paper is this room not going to be prepped for the next patient? And he behinds arguing with me. A week later my sons still sick. We go to another dr who says the drops this dr have us are for the outer ear and the antibiotics we’re not strong enough for an ear infection.

I’ve been to this clinic 3 times before, and I’ve been satisfied with every visit! The receptionist is kind, while the doctor takes time to listen to your issue. It’s the best clinic I’ve ever visited!
