one star for not existing.

Absolutely fantastic customer support. Had a blowout of a tire less than a month after purchase. The garage I purchased the tire from said there was nothing they could do for me because I didn't purchase any road hazard warranty. This warranty was never offered to me so I assumed with these tires it was covered under the initial purchase.I contacted GITI Tire sales department directly via email to see if they could do anything for me. Within a couple of hours, I was contacted by Regional Sales Manager, Sam Hamid who called to tell me that customer satisfaction is important to them, so he contacted the garage, ordered a new tire for me and told me the garage would be calling me shortly to set up an installation appointment.I couldn't ask for anything better!
