I went to 3 different well known stores looking for motorcycle gear before GW, and I regret just not coming here. GW had great knowledgeable staff, huge selection and inventory, and reasonable prices. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for motorcycle gear. Highly recommend.

I couldn't believe it, they don't even sell bikes here anymore. But their shoe selection is awesome they have some pretty good deals right now when it comes to riding where from helmets, hoodies, shoes and boots, and jackets. But like I said no bikes and you're better off going online and ordering any graphics you might want especially if you own a British bike like me at triumph. All in all the staff were pretty cool. I will shop there again.

I was a little disappointed that they no longer deal in bikes.We popped in to get a new Helmut for my wife and there were no bikes on sale.Another victim of COVID.We were able to find a nice helmet and the staff was very helpful.GW now only has parts service and apparel.

Awesome place! Great customer service. I was there twice and the first time I had 3 different staff members come and check on me and provided very helpful insight and information. Second time I was there Shaun helped me pick out a whole set of new gear. I greatly appreciate his patience and knowledge! Definitely would recommend to go see Shaun if you’re a new rider and not sure what gear to get! Will for sure be going back.

I went in to see if they had any motorcycles, unfortunately not anymore. However there was a ton of motorcycle gear and accessories and I was quickly approached by Shawn for anything I needed help with. He went above and beyond to help answer any of the questions I had, and shared his honest opinion. He pointed me in some directions and said to come back for any of the accessories or gear/clothing no matter what bike I pick or when I can come up with the cash to afford it and he will hook me up.I appreciate service like this and it is so rare to see these days.Recommend Shawn &GW Cycle World

The guys (and gals!) at GW are awesome. I recommend you get all your motorcycle needs taken care of here! Shawn helped me out with my first motorcycle purchase and I’m glad I got a brand new 2020 SV650 from GW. The bike is awesome and the gear selection at GW is almost infinite! Thanks guys.

What can I say I was in and out in about 15 mins and spent $800 on gear. $400 I wasn't planning on right away. I blame Rick, he was so helpful and actually took the time to answer my questions and help me out that I said to myself ok lets do it. I had read about Rick in some of the reviews before I went. And yes the comments are true Rick well done sir thank you for your help I am very pleased with the gear you helped me pick out. Cheers.
