Excellent service. New hot water tank supplied and installed within 24 hours of calling. After 7 days without hot water waiting for another company that did not seem too interested in helping us.

Horrible service from the office. I had them do a simple install. First day, they just didn't show up. When I called at end of day (after staying home all day waiting), owner didn't seem to care. no apology. Blamed it on an a broken down truck. The next day, they came on time, but made a mistake on install that led to water leaking through to my basement, causing some minor damage and inconvenience. I politely called about the mistake, and the owner, Dave, mocked me completely unprovoked. Again, he could care less and I never raised my voice and was courteous. Plumber returned the next day to repair the issue and charged only for the one visit. Still, the cost was not worth the disrespect and my wasted time. I am done with this business. This local tradesperson should have more respect for the people in the community that supports him and his family.

The only reason I'm giving this company three stars is because the installer, Derek, was awesome, on time, and super friendly. The owner and his wife were awful to deal with and I will never call them again. They have zero customer service skills and I can't believe how much they charged for what was actually done. They were rude and aggressively argumentative.

Received next day service which was amazing. Plumber was very friendly, competent and knowledgeable. He worked confidently and was very neat. We had our leaking shower fixed and a new toilet installed. I would definitely recommend this company, and thank them for an all round great experience.
