My husband showed up today to buy my son’s bday cake and location was closed. Waited 10minutes in case staff were running late and nothing! Is there winter hours that are not posted?

We have been loyal customers at this location for so many years and never had an issue or a problem. Today thanksgiving day, we went in and my mom ordered the same as always a chocolate mousse with fudge sauce. She always asks for extra fudge and that was never an issue in the pass 5 years. Today ask she asked for extra fudge they told her no they can’t do that and that it’s because she pays for only a specific amount. Very disappointed today with. The staff..

7:20 Saturday evening...doors locked. Staff came and told us they were closed 30 minutes for dinner !!! There were at least 2 staff....stagger people!!!! We're going to Chocolat Favoris instead.

Went there Wednesday another lady and her child in line and another lady picking up her cake. The cake lady demanded her 10 dollar discount, the employees showed her that she got it. The lady demanded to speak to manager, manager said the same thing. Lady took phone through it at the employees and broke the phone the lady with her child asked the lady to calm down the lady buying the cake around 40 years old screamed “f - - k you” the child was scared and so was my daughter. Cake lady left. The cake lady said she is writing a bad review. That’s why I’m posting this to let u know she was “can’t say the word”. Great place, great employees, great ice cream :)

Love Baskins Robbins but notice that since the business has been sold the portions are much smaller. Given the price guess I'll find another location :(

If a no star I would have, totally ruined my mother's birthday. It was not the cake I ordered at all! And they think by taking $4.00 off that fixes it.She can not eat fudge it makes her sick.So thank you, I worked hard to try and give her a good birthday and you ruined it.

Good ice cream, and many ice cream choices. I don't go often as I find it expensive. Really though, the prices are on par with every other ice cream store.The owner or Manager was there the day I went. She was friendly and really helpful to help me decide what I wanted to order.

Many reviews state being disappointed but I had an exceptional experience. We ordered a Batman cake for 6-8 people and the owner was on hand when I placed the order and completely supported my request. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I left feeling really Excited about the cake.Upon pick up, the cake was above and beyond what we had expected! He included a Batman figurine for my son and it was decorated to our order-perfection.I’m so grateful and truly feel likeOur experience at this Baskin location was our best yet. Thank you so much for your attention to detail and commitment to the results!

Went this evening for my birthday. My server and ice cream was fantastic but the owner or manager Nat was extremely rude with her employees when the young girl ( server) was simply trying to help me. I feel sorry for anyone working there. For this reason alone I won't be returning. Have some respect for your employees who actually show up to work especially during a pandemic.
