Delta Hotels by Marriott Vancouver Delta

Awesome hotel with great service and spacious rooms. The location is away from Vancouver even Richmond is a 10 minutes drive, but it is fine with me since we drive. Overall the hotel is new and “nice to stay”, for the same price, I rate this better than a less comfortable stay in a better location.

We were interested in the newest Marriott Property in Vancouver that opened up. It is attached to the Delta Cascades Casino.The property itself was very artfully designed, with beautiful hallways, decor, and exterior.We were enthusiastically greeted at the front desk and introduced to the hotel. There is no breakfast option for Elite members, so we were defaulted to bonus points (which we were happy with).The pool and spa were not in service yet, but expected to be in April.We were then notified that as Titanium Elite members, we have access to the Delta pantry which has an assortment of beverages and snacks.The rooms only really have different bed options. I didn't see any other options during booking. The rooms themselves are massive though, bigger than some suites that I've seen. The layout was really nice and it was brand new. My only negative feedback is that the bathroom fixtures were built kind of crooked (power outlets, light switch, hooks), but this is less the hotel's fault and more the contractor's.Aside from that, the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, so the only accessible food option are the casino's food, which is a buffet and restaurant.Finally, the stay was really enjoyable, and I can see myself rebooking in the right circumstances!

The hotel has the appearance being renovated recently and is really nice. Beds are comfortable. Rooms and hallways are decorated and modern. There is a Coffee machine in room but no cups? One paper Starbucks type Cup in bathroom. Surely a 4star plus hotel or one aspiring to be can provide a cup or ideally two. Also No glasses of any kind. We asked for some but were told there were paper coffee cups?? Ice machine on floor is non functional and key card won’t access other floors and room service quoted a charge of $15 to bring anything to the room. Pretty poor really. The biggest problem is that a hotel would renovate in this day and age without investing in some form of sound proofing. Currently with my family trying toSleep and we can hear almost every door slam on the floor above, foot steps and voices and general is not associate with a hotel of this standard. I can actually hear the people Aomori the floor above talking. Did call reception to query without any success. Such a shame, totally ruins a stay and a nights sleep. I rarely review, and usually to compliment but this it’s midnight and it’s pretty grim which is a shame as on appearances it’s really nice. Shame.

My family and I were in need of a room for just one night before our flight the next day. We needed to book the room, like at 9 pm of the same day we needed it. After a few failed attempts with other hotels, we called Delta and talked to Andrew, who picked up the phone. In a way, he helped to get us a roof to sleep under.Once we arrived at the hotel around 10 pm, a member of the hotel staff helped us out with checking in, getting us trolley for 5 luggages, and walked us into our room... while pushing the trolley.We were tired and was happy to tip him as he was really giving us a concierge experience. He politely refused the tip and said that he was happy to be able to help us.That man was.. Andrew who picked up the phone to secure us the room. I have no doubt about Andrew's future in the hospitality business!The hotel was brand new, the room was big and smelled soo goood.The interior was modern minimalist style (not an expert for this, but it was really nice). The two queen beds were very comfortable. My kids said they didn't want to fly back home so they can stay longer.Highly recommend this hotel!

Brand new hotel so everything is very clean and nice. Rooms are spacious with a nice large window. Not much of a view, but it's great to get a lot a natural light in the morning.Felt like it was a bit pricey, considering it's a bit far from downtown Vancouver, but wasn't terrible. Parking is free, which is a huge plus. They are also a pet friendly hotel and charge $50 for cleaning.The hotel is located kind of in the middle of nowhere. Makes it quiet but that also means that you'll need to drive out if you want to go anywhere.

Nice hotel. I stayed twice in two weeks (total 8 nights) while I had renovations completed at home. Both rooms I had were nice and they let me check in early which I appreciated. I like all the amenities in the hotel.My only complaint is that when I arrived on February 28 to check in, I had so many bags and a dog, and I asked if there was bell service and the lady said no there wasn’t. That is fine, but I did mention I had a lot of bags I had to bring up to the room. She didn’t say anything. After I made three trips from the car to the room, I saw luggage carts in the hallway. Ouch! She saw me struggling but didn’t think to offer one of the carts.

Hotel is very beautiful. It's very new. It has a 24 hour gym which is really nice. It's connected to a casino so you have entertainment all day and night. Location is close to the highway but is about 20 minutes outside of Vancouver. The room was very spacious and clean. Washrooms were very nice as well. Our hostess Jasleen was very friendly and helpful during our stay. It was my wife's birthday and they made sure they made it special for her. We had leftovers and asked if there was a microwave oven in the hotel and they brought one up to our room really fast (that was a shock). They have a pool and hottub but unfortunately it was still under construction because of how new the hotel is (they said both the pool and hottub will be ready by the end of April 2023).I would definitely stay here again.

In my opinion, this hotel ranks as the most delightful one I've ever experienced, and considering my frequent travels, that's quite a statement. Its modernity, tranquility, and cleanliness truly stand out. Although the location is a bit distant from other attractions, I would unquestionably choose to stay here again.

After a long day of flight cancellations we arrived at this beautiful new Delta Hotel and were met by the most accommodating Manager [Andrew]. He quickly told us the restaurant would stop taking orders in a few minutes so why not have home store the luggage and go directly to eat which we did. After dinner his helper Nanami and Andrew retrieved our luggage, told us about breakfast and offered to help with delivery of said luggage. The entire encounter was very professional and pleasant. What an asset this gentleman is to this hotel!

One of the best hotels I have ever been to in Canada. Excellent rooms (brand new hotel). Excellent vibes as it is connected to the Casino. Two restaurants and Starbucks served in the lobby so excellent amenities too! Friendly staff and very clean hotel. I would definitely go back again.
