I did not order anything from their but I ask for a help because I just brought a pastry from the Walmart but I don’t have a spoon with me so I ask the employee their if they have spoon can i please have it. She is really really rude. She is be like which store did you buy from go get it form their. For this experience I am never going to visit there again and neither I suggest someone to visit their they way she speaks because if she do not want to give to me just say no we are not allowed what does that mean “go get it form their”.she is little old and really unfriendly. It is just a spoon lady chill I did not ask you for money that your inventory will be short. Be nice next time.

Lady who helped me was so rude. Very short with everything. I ordered a kids quesadilla meal, and as I was asking my daughter if she wanted beef or chicken, she rudely said WE ONLY DO CHICKEN. I’ve frequently gone to many Quesada’s and have NEVER had an issue with ordering beef or chicken. In fact, your online ordering system gives that option.When she was putting in the churros she yelled are you going to be ordering more churros? And finished with, are you ordering anything else?As a customer I would never return, in fact I actually just wanted to cancel the whole order I was so put off by her level of service.Please quit if you no longer want to serve people. That’s all I have to say.

Way overpriced for what you get. $17 for a salad. Honestly much better at mucho burrito. Customer service was lacking, woman helping me wasn't pleasant and truly just seemed like she hated her job and doesn't want to be there. I would recommend go elsewhere in the food court at Central City. This is just not worth the money. Could get a great salad at a sit down restaurant for the same price.

I go here regularly on the weekdays during my meal and there’s always this lady in the afternoons that’s really nice. She’s the only person in the store that makes my burrito the way I like it and the small conversations we have plus the fact that there’s no chipotle nearby are probably the only reasons why I keep coming back.

Worst place ever, my chicken and beef were both rancid, I asked for a refund and they told me to come back on Tuesday so I can get my refund from the manager, when I came, he was so rude, he started yelling and I told him that all I wanted was my refund because the food was so bad and he didn’t even give me a refund. I DONT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL, I payed $35 and it went straight to the garbage. ($35 for only 2 meals, no drinks or sides)

I love quesada but the Surrey central location is my favourite because of Ros. She is a very kind lady who always makes sure I will have the best experience here! she never fails to make sure the customers are satisfied and it wouldn’t be the same without her!

In order to avoid making a mess on the table, I required a bowl for my burrito. However, I was surprised to find out that they impose an additional fee for such a basic request, which I believe is completely unjustified.

This older white lady that works there (maybe the manager) is rude. No customer service and it seems like she hates her job. The bowl was good though. If you can, walk over to the location across from the hospital. Actual customer service to be found.
