Tool Rental at The Home Depot
I rent a smal cargo van from Home Depot Cityview location today. The server, Romano was not friendly and helpful at all. He is so serious, not a smile at all and do not answer your questions properly. Plus, When I am back to return the van, he was trying to charge me more by letting me to wait more than 15 minutes by going somewhere, on the phone, taking care of someone else when it is my turn. Not a good experience in this location with Romalo. He should work here.

I’m a company owner, Today I rented a machine, it didn't work, I returned it for another one and it didn't work either... I think they should rent good machines, so the customers don't waste our time and money.
