the staff are super friendly and nice. But the OPTOMETRIST IS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE PROBABLY SHOULD RETIRE . SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SHE IS DOING.

Terrible experience! The doctor was very unprofessional and rude, the rest of the staff were great, I would definitely NOT recommend based on the doctors attitude.

Wonderful eyecare facility. I had my eye exam completed and my eye glass order finished in no time. Excellent staff with superb customer care. I cannot recommend this place anymore, they simply rock!!!

I went to this place today to pick up our contact lenses that we ordered last week. They have this guy in a wheel chair, he is so rude and very unprofessional behaviour.

The staff at Theodore & Pringle were incredibly professional, kind, and helpful when I came in to select new frames. I truly appreciate their diligence in following public health guidelines and the enhanced safety measures they have in place.

I have never encountered such a nice man that works there I believe his name is John. What an amazing man, took such great care of my daughter and I. I was so shocked of how we were treated, I would recommend this place over and over again. I have nothing but amazing things to say. Thank-you so much!!!

I just walked out of this place after only 5 minutes.The Optometrist here was very rude and disrespectful. SHE was abrasive from the time we walked in. If I were the business owner this woman would be fired immediately!
