As seniors we have dealt with a number of different heating and air conditioning companies over the years. Due to bad past experiences, we wanted a Full Service" company that had more than just one individual working from their home or from a unit # in a storage warehouse. We wanted a company that had a store where we could purchase supplies when needed and know that if we had a service problem we could phone them and receive experienced help within a reasonable time frame. Before dealing with Applewood Heating and Air Conditioning we had not had this opportunity. Our search started with Scott Robar who came to our home

Our A/C stoped working on a Wed, Hunter from Applewood came out on the following Monday and within 1 hour he had us all fixed up and for a lot less than I was thinking it might costs us. Very well mannered tech plus he was ahead of schedule so that was great.I would recommend Applewood to others.We will be using Applewood in the future.

Brent was terrific! Thank you so much for doing the service maintenance on my gas fireplaces and my gas furnace as well as suggesting I invest in a new smoke and CO alarm which I have now done. Brent also checked a few other things like my gas hot water heater and will come back in a couple of weeks to replace a filter on the humidifier when it arrives and new thermal couplers for the fireplaces. I'm impressed with the work that has been down. I really appreciated having a day and a time of arrival made in advance.

On Dec 23 during the cold snap our furnace packed it in. These guys responded immediately and came out the next morning on Christmas Eve day to install our new furnace in our rental place. Our tenants were so happy they came so soon and said they were in and out without any issues. Thank you to Rob G for being there for us when we needed the help. We really appreciate it and will be using your company moving forward. They didn’t overcharge and Rob even filed our rebate for us!! Amazing service all around!!

From the initial phone call to service completed it was only 5 hours! Incredible! So pleased with the responsive, friendly service. Devin was friendly and knowledgeable and he did a great job. Receptionist was lovely to deal with as well, and the price was right. Very happy with our experience, will definitely use again!

I was very impressed with the speedy service, I had expected to be waiting a day or two, but was very surprised to get a service man at my door in two hrs. Brent was very knowledgeable and thorough, had the problem diagnosed in no time and had the repair parts on hand. Very pleased with the service from all involved, will be calling Applewood again when required.

Glen came and installed a new Gas Control Valve in my Gas Fireplace and did a GREAT job!!!! He also had cleaned the unit. Dealing with Glen, Lincoln & the Receptionist was awesome & enjoyable. I always love dealing with Applewood - excellent fast service. Thank you!!!!!

A component was not working at its potential- he explained the situation, had the new part and quickly repaired it. I feel very satisfied with the service provided.Thank you , Applewood.

Our AC went out 2 days ago. Applewood was able to get me in within a day. Glen phone ahead of schedule and diagnosed a bad capacitor very quickly and had us up and running within a half hour of being on site. Cheers and thanks again for your professional and courteous team.
