I opened a brand new business in a new area so advertising is extremely important to me. I called and Spoke to Claude who informed me he was driving and couldn't talk. He asked me to text him and he would get back to me. I stressed the urgency and sent him a text. After several texts and days. Still no reply or phone call. Not a very good first impression.

Im sitting in Land and Sea pub in Courtenay BC.There was a mag, Coast Mountain Culture, l was browsing through.Being an ex printing supervisor from Hemlock Printer, the quailty of print was exceptional.I had to look to see who printed this product.So my printers eye says, the cross over matched in lineup and colour. The binding was strong, paper quality was good. Ink lay down smooth. The blacks were black and fine lines were kept open.{The bain of my existance, Arcteryx logos in reverse, lol}Obviously they have some good equipment and great operates.Would love to take a press room tour.These guys and gals know what they are doing.

I got printing done here a long time ago and they just called me to tell me they wanted to setup a meeting to go over their new products or how they could help my marketing. I told them I no longer need these services at all anymore and they continued on to ask if I would be open to a follow-up call in a couple months. I said no I won't be needing any products then either. Instead of politely saying 'okay, thank you for your time', they just hung up on me. Haha yikes, like it's not personal. I just legitimately don't need your product anymore. No need to be rude.

We had a tenant, our indoor playground, opening up for the first time in a very long time due to COVID and we needed signage stating they were open. I contacted Chris my sales rep and he worked his magic and got us the signage we needed the next day! I am so happy to be dealing with Chris and the team at Burke as they go above and beyond to assist in any situation! Fantastic! We at Riverview Crossing will continue to deal with Chris and the team at Burke!
