Good groomer have used them multiple times

Megan did an excellent job grooming my lab with ALOT of shedding hair! We worked out a plan to help eliminate the amount of hair during my dogs shedding cycles! Well worth the short 20 min drive out of Edmonton!

Extremely unprofessional experience from Megan. We have had Megan give our long haired cat a shave down for a couple yrs now. Megan has never been the friendliest person to deal with but she is close and does a good job with the cut when it is a full shave down although her prices are high, but our last exp there was not good. We agreed on a little longer than total shave length ( 1/2 inch - which she advertises as being able to do) but when we picked up the cat, parts were nowhere near that length. When I texted to voice my concerns to Megan and arrange a time to bring back in to fix the missed spots, she didn't reply until repeated texts were sent, and when she did finally reply I was told that I would have to pay extra for her to do the spots that we had agreed on in the first place. After back and forth texts and asking her to officially clarify in writing that she wouldn't do any fix unless more money was paid to her, she agreed to do what we had originally agreed upon for no charge. Coming back she was cold, unfriendly, unprofessional and UNapologetic. It's too bad because it's nice and close. We won't be back.

Jackson loves coming to get groomed, and he always looks great when he's done. The quality of service is well worth the drive from Leduc.
