I totally understand everything now with COVID things are different,etc...I went to RW 5:03pm on a SATURDAY evening and they were closed...ON A SATURDAY!!! Yes,again...I get stores hours are changed bc of the pandemic but almost every other store in the mall is open till at least 7:00. Is there a higher risk of catching COVID between the hours or 5pm-7pm or something??? Sorry,but I don’t understand the reasoning behind that.

I visit the store often. Most of my work clothes come from here. I find the styles very classic but trendy. I love the fit and quality of their clothing!There are a couple of long time employees and they always greet and assure you finding things. But they have all been approachable.

POOR AND IMPOLITE CUSTOMER SERVICE————————————————————————I like the RW leggings and I have 5 pairs of them and I wore them for two- three years everyday at work. Recently, I bought another pair from the store which wasn’t RW, apparently, it was some other brand which co-operates with this company (C&G). This new pair was awful with really low quality as after wearing it twice, it started to fall apart, the threads were starting to rip and even the cloth became thinner and you could see the other side of it!!!!!!!!!!I went to the store and told one of the employees about the problem just because I love my other leggings and the employee just told me OK and she turned around and started organizing clothes!!! That was it. Just an OK!" was the response I got.WOW!!! Such a inappropriate behavior!!!!!!!!"

I walked around the store looking at pants for 10 to 15 mins while being ignored by two employees...Update: March 10, 2019This time 3 employees ignored me as looked at almost every pair of pants trying to find my size... Won't be going back a 3rd time.
