Good staff. Friendly and helpful. FYI you have to buy the balloons and helium before they fill them up. If you're in a rush be sure to do this before buying your other supplies

No dark green balloon, I will have to order online. A lot of options and decoration ideas! Cashier was HELLA slow, but they cant all be good. Cute new baby display when you walk in, meant to be since I am planning a baby shower.

Management very poor at this location. Very rude ! Some staff very nice. Owner should look at management change. Will not return to this location.

Staff was super nice, got a cute little pumpkin costume for my dog and a Trump mask for myself. Prices were pretty much in line with other Halloween stores.

My first time at this store. I had Ordered and paid for some graduation items including balloons. Was given a pickup time but when I got there, the young man wasn’t very knowledgeable and couldn’t find all my items. Said the balloons were out of stock so I had to go search the aisles for alternatives. I made the order as I was short of time but in the end it took quite some time to find alternatives and then wait in line for the balloons to be inflated, making me late home.One of the balloons was for an outside display and it literally only stayed up a couple hours. My daughter went out to see and the balloon had deflated. I checked and there were no rips so either a faulty item or not sealed properly. My grad never even got to see it!Given my experience at the store, I didn’t bother going back to complain as I didn’t feel they would be able to do anything. Doubt I will use this location again.

Okay selection of items, staff seem way to stressed and overworked for a party store. If you plan on getting balloons or needing a hand, plan on double the amount of time you allotted yourself when going here.

On April 2nd, 2023, I visited the Party City store location near Cyrville road between 13h40 and 14h20.While in store, I asked a store associate for help to locate the stuff I was looking for. The associate very passively pointed at the bottom shelves with her feet and without saying anything, walked away to speak to a customer that had just been checked out at the cash register.I asked to speak to a manager - the manager arrived and also passively listened to my experience and walked away without saying a single word.Finally, another store associate who was witness to these interactions came over apologizing and offered to help.My family and I have been a client of the Cyrville/st Laurent location for many years now. This is the first time that I am facing extremely poor customer service from the store leadership and associate. Hope the regional leadership hold accountability.

I Walked in the store today and went to check out and it smelt very very bad no hate towards the employee (Jaymee I believe the name was) standing at cash but they need to be talked to as I and the people behind me could not take the smell very nice person though! Great store overall.
