Very disappointed in the management at this location. I was shocked how me and my family was spoken to. Very disrespectful manger and does not know how to speak to customers or how to handle situations. Not only did they get the order completely wrong three times, the manger came out of his way to tell us how wrong we were and accused the wrong person who made the order. The person who took the order seem like she did not care and just wanted push people through instead listening to the order.Couple days later we went to Lloydminster McDonald’s order the same meal with zero problems.

Have had one too many bad experiences here. Orders have not been correct, my husband found what looked like mold on his burger bun, and today I am quite sick after eating breakfast. Third time of problems is a charm. Will not return again.

Not very clean. Full of flies. Bathrooms dirty + one didn't appear to be flushing. We got what we ordered + it was hot so that's something.

So sad it was dead and I asked them to make a McFlurry, half kit kat and half smartie. They said they couldn't so I asked if I paid for the extra topping could they and he says hold on then charges me for 2 mcflurries. I told him never mind cancel the order and then to top the visit off my friend ordered food and it was soggy and luke warm. Obviously this place and company doesn't care about quality in their food as long as they get money and get alot of food out. The food I bought earlier was soggy and cold and they couldn't even be bothered to put the onions on the burger; instead they were just thrown into the side of the box. So sad to see how little people care about even trying to do a decent job when that one meal you buy from them takes an hour of your hard work to earn.

The best McDonald's I have been to in years . Hamburger was fresh, didn't come from the warmer like usual. Great !

Terrible service, and one of the most imprudent managers I have ever met. I have had many altercations with this place. Just went through the drive-through and watched 3 vehicles pass in the other lane while we had still not been helped. The manager then said to us no need to get excited." One of the last times that I was there

Went to stop in for early, early morning grab and go. Had Googled the hours of operation which said 5:00 a.m. it opened. Was disappointed to find out that it did not open until 6:00 a.m., so went down the road to another location. Another person was waiting in the parking lot too for the business to open. Hours of operation need to be updated on Google.
