Amanda is truly a miracle worker! She helped me buy my first home when other mortgage brokers told me it would be impossible. She embraced my unique circumstances with open arms and promised me from the start that we would make it happen, and we did! She went above and beyond to find me an awesome rate, took the time to answer my questions/concerns all the way through (no question was too big or small!), and was always available when I needed her (and continues to be a resource even after my deal has closed). Amanda was super willing to help my parents with their mortgage. Their mortgage was up for renewal and their bank was offering high interest rates. Amanda suggested that they refinance since they had 2 mortgages and was able to find various options for them. She walked us through the options available which was really helpful. In the end, my parents decided to refinance their mortgage with a well known bank that they're familiar with. Had it not been for Amanda, they would have renewed with their bank and would have been stuck with a high interest rate.
